HI, I AM CLAUDIA!
Movement has always been part of my life. I started dancing Brazilian styles at the age of nine and have always loved being active.
As a teenager, I developed lower back pain. That experience changed how I understood the body.
I realised that being active isn’t enough, your body also needs strength, stability and proper alignment.
Pilates helped me build the spinal strength and support I was missing. The difference it made inspired me to train
as a Pilates teacher.
Today, I help people build strong, supported bodies that work in real life, improving posture, reducing back pain and helping them move with confidence.
