All private sessions — in person or online — are paid in advance by cheque, cash, or bank transfer.
• Block bookings are valid for three months from the date of your first session after payment.
• If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
• To reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, so the time can be offered to another client.
• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as it’s not possible to fill the space at short notice.
• For online sessions, please make sure your device, camera, and internet connection are working properly before the class begins.
